About Tim

Tim was prepared at Groton School and received his bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College. While there, Tim was the Managing Editor and Executive Editor of the student newspapers and Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook.

Upon graduation, Tim was commissioned a 2nd Lt in the Marine Corps and saw active service during Desert Storm as Casualty Affairs Team Commander. Tim also served as an Intelligence, Training, and Logistics officer and as a squadron adjutant.

Tim is a Human Resources veteran with over 38 years of Human Resources experience in all functional areas, most notably in Employee & Labor Relations, Union avoidance, training and strategic sourcing.

He is a certified facilitator with DDI, Developmental Dimensions International, as well as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective program.

Tim also has experience in Security and Loss Prevention and is a published author.

A national member of SHRM, Tim was voted Member of the Year by the local Southern New Mexico SHRM chapter in 2012 and as the Non-Clinical Director of the Year at Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in 2012.
